Due to the nature of our products as perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
